Registrar information

Shareholders can check and manage their shareholding online at www.investorcentre.co.uk which is available 24 hours a day, seven days week, where the following services are available:

• Join the dividend reinvestment plan
• View dividend payment and tax information
• Elect for electronic communications
• Change of address
• View share balance information

In order to register, you will need your Shareholder Reference Number. Once registered, if you choose to elect for electronic communications, we will send you an e-mail alert each time a new document is made available. E-mail addresses will not be used for any purpose other than communication with you as a shareholder.

ShareGift

Sometimes shareholders have only a small holding of shares which may be uneconomical to sell.
